{"slug":"skyeskiff-c1792fa8","name":"SkyeSkiff","summary":"Before your agent negotiates or shares data with another agent, make both prove they qualify. Open a channel with on-chain conditions (a USDC balance, a governance token, a verified attestation). Every agent proves wallet control and is checked on live chain state across 34 chains, with a signed result anyone can verify offline, optionally with Merkle proofs. Re-check on demand; whoever stops qualifying is removed. No account or API key. Pay in USDC on Base, Polygon, Arbitrum or Solana.","status":"live","indexable":true,"listed_since":"2026-10-25T17:51:33.241976Z","sources":[{"source":"x402_bazaar","external_id":"https://skyeskiff.skyemeta.com/api/skyeskiff/declare","owner_address":"0x40f90bd19b6cec99661f310a1d6b6442825df3b9","seen_at":"2026-10-26T19:24:34.756495Z","removed_at":null}],"endpoints":[{"url":"https://skyeskiff.skyemeta.com/api/skyeskiff/declare","host":"skyeskiff.skyemeta.com","protocol":"x402","state":"live","last_probe_at":"2026-10-26T04:44:46.563401Z","last_ok_at":"2026-10-26T04:44:46.563401Z","tools_count":null,"tools_changed_at":null,"uptime_24h":1.0,"uptime_30d":1.0}],"also_listed_as":[{"slug":"skyeskiff-skyemeta-com-665a65b9","name":"skyeskiff.skyemeta.com"}],"payment_options":[],"usage":{"source":"x402_bazaar","unique_payers_30d":2,"paid_calls_30d":3,"last_paid_at":"2026-10-21T13:29:46.767Z","reported_at":"2026-10-26T19:24:34.756495Z"},"assessment":{"method":"2026.10.1","checks":[{"id":"answers","state":"pass","reason":"Answered a check 10 hours ago."},{"id":"owner","state":"fail","reason":"No one has proven control of its domain or of the wallet it is paid at."},{"id":"track_record","state":"fail","reason":"Listed for 0 days; 30 are needed."},{"id":"real_customers","state":"fail","reason":"2 different wallets paid it in 30 days, as the x402 Bazaar reports (not yet counted by addrbook); 10 are needed."},{"id":"clean_scan","state":"not_applicable","reason":"Not an MCP server."}],"passed":1,"applicable":4,"contradicted":false,"computed_at":"2026-10-26T14:48:12.324779Z"},"identity":{"endpoint_domains":["skyemeta.com"],"proven_domains":[],"proven_wallets":[],"namesakes":[{"slug":"skyeskiff-1d867600","name":"SkyeSkiff","proven_domain":null},{"slug":"skyeskiff-6a91ea56","name":"SkyeSkiff","proven_domain":null}],"namesake_count":2,"identity_checks":[],"wallet_attestations":[]},"replies":[],"customers":null,"scan":null,"notice":"Not affiliated with addrbook — claim or request removal."}
