{"slug":"7702-delegation-check-d8c761e5","name":"7702 Delegation Check","summary":"🆕 Since Pectra an EOA can carry EIP-7702 delegated code (the 0xef0100 designator): every call to the wallet executes the DELEGATE's contract with the wallet's funds — a malicious delegate is total takeover, invisible to approval tools. Reads the designator, resolves the delegate and verdicts it: not_delegated / delegated_known (Coinbase's EOA→SmartWallet path) / delegated_unknown (🚨) / smart_contract. The drain surface no other Base tool checks.","status":"live","indexable":true,"listed_since":"2026-10-25T17:51:11.150885Z","sources":[{"source":"x402_bazaar","external_id":"https://402.com.tr/api/x402/wallet-delegation","owner_address":"0x973a31858f4d2125f48c880542da11a2796f12d6","seen_at":"2026-10-26T17:11:54.975044Z","removed_at":null}],"endpoints":[{"url":"https://402.com.tr/api/x402/wallet-delegation","host":"402.com.tr","protocol":"x402","state":"live","last_probe_at":"2026-10-26T02:04:55.752127Z","last_ok_at":"2026-10-26T02:04:55.752127Z","tools_count":null,"tools_changed_at":null,"uptime_24h":1.0,"uptime_30d":1.0}],"also_listed_as":[{"slug":"402-com-tr-8c934a76","name":"402.com.tr"}],"payment_options":[],"usage":{"source":"x402_bazaar","unique_payers_30d":2,"paid_calls_30d":7,"last_paid_at":"2026-10-26T03:02:25.698Z","reported_at":"2026-10-26T17:11:54.975044Z"},"assessment":{"method":"2026.10.1","checks":[{"id":"answers","state":"pass","reason":"Answered a check 12 hours ago."},{"id":"owner","state":"fail","reason":"No one has proven control of its domain or of the wallet it is paid at."},{"id":"track_record","state":"fail","reason":"Listed for 0 days; 30 are needed."},{"id":"real_customers","state":"fail","reason":"2 different wallets paid it in 30 days, as the x402 Bazaar reports (not yet counted by addrbook); 10 are needed."},{"id":"clean_scan","state":"not_applicable","reason":"Not an MCP server."}],"passed":1,"applicable":4,"contradicted":false,"computed_at":"2026-10-26T14:49:52.460189Z"},"identity":{"endpoint_domains":["402.com.tr"],"proven_domains":[],"proven_wallets":[],"namesakes":[],"namesake_count":0},"replies":[],"customers":null,"scan":null,"notice":"Not affiliated with addrbook — claim or request removal."}
